Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance: By registering an account with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). We reserve the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old (or such other minimum age as may be applicable in your jurisdiction) to open an account with us. By accepting our T&Cs, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration: To register for an account, you will need to provide certain personal information and agree to these T&Cs. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Username/Password: When registering your account, you will be asked to create a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information and for any unauthorized access or usage.

5. Deposit Limits: We may impose deposit limits on accounts as per Section 7 below.

6. Withdrawal Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals, restrict withdrawal amounts, or delay processing times in accordance with our internal policies.

Bonuses and Promotions

1. Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus (100% up to $750 AUD + 200 free spins) is available only once per account and requires a minimum deposit of $30 AUD. Wagering requirements apply as set out below.

2. Bonus Terms and Conditions: Bonus funds can only be used for gameplay on eligible games, and all wagers made while using bonus funds will contribute towards the wagering requirement, except where specifically excluded by these T&Cs or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

3. Wagering Requirements: A 35x deposit+bonus wagering requirement applies to bonuses, along with a further 40x free spins winnings requirement (max bet $7.5 AUD).

4. Bonus Expiration: Bonuses will expire after ten days if not used in accordance with these T&Cs.

VIP and Loyalty Program

1. Qualification: To qualify for our VIP program, you must earn points by wagering on eligible games (see below). Points are valid only on real money bets placed within 90-day periods, unless otherwise specified.

2. Tiers and Rewards: Our VIP program has five tiers, with rewards that include cashback, higher betting limits, a personal manager, and exclusive bonuses.

Responsible Gaming

1. Deposit Limits: You can set daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits at any time in accordance with Section 7 below.

2. Time-Outs: We reserve the right to impose time-outs on your account if we suspect or become aware of any suspicious activity, as per our internal policies.

3. Self-Exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude from gaming activities for a specified period (temporarily) or permanently, please contact us with this request in writing.

Dispute Resolution

1. Jurisdiction: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of these T&Cs will be resolved through binding arbitration as per our internal procedures, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulations.

Governing Law

These T&Cs are subject to change without prior notice and shall supersede all previous agreements between the parties regarding their respective rights and obligations.
